User Work Orders Tab

If the Web Work Requests module is purchased and installed, the SKYLINE User as well as anyone logged into the Front Desk Portal has access to a Work Orders tab. Once you select a Status, the associated list of work orders displays.

Using the Screen

To change the displayed results, select the Work Order Status you want to view. For instance, you can select either All or select just a few check boxes (Open, Scheduled, Completed).

Sorting and Filtering

Each column can be sorted and filtered in a variety of ways. The filter fields display under the column headings (one for each column) and each include a drop-down list of filtering options. For instance, in the Work Order Number or Status column you can enter data in the field and then click the Filter shortcut to select a rule to apply (less than, equal to, between, starts with, and so forth). Filters can be applied to multiple columns at once.

Email the Work Order

Click the Email hyperlink for any individual record to email the Work Order to a service provider.

In the drop-down list of the Select Work Order Status field, you can select one or more statuses to view (such as Open, Scheduled, or Completed).
