If the SKYLINE Facilities Maintenance/Work Order module is purchased and installed, the user has access to a FM/WO tab with a FM/WO Summary tab. The screen lists all Open and New work orders and their details and allows you to add Work Requests and Work Orders.
From the Summary screen Users can:
Edit any record
Email any record
Use the Selection Criteria choices in the heading to change the results
Filter the data using the fields in the second row of the table
In the heading section there are several choices to change the displayed results. Click any of the Selection Criteria to display those results. The number of records that match that particular selection criteria is also noted.
Choices include:
Open Work Orders
Completed Last 30 Days
Work Orders within a Year
New Today
New in Last 7 Days
Switch tabs and return to the Summary to reset the table to the default display.
Each column can be sorted and filtered in a variety of ways. The filter fields display above the top row of data (one for each column) and each include a drop-down list of filtering options. You can also apply a filter to several columns of data at once.
Click the Email hyperlink for any individual record to email the Work Order to a service provider.
A preview screen displays so you can view the work order details.
Provide up to two email addresses.
