Administrator Overview

The Portal Administrator has access to screens used for initial setup so the Portal works seamlessly with SKYLINE. Administrators must have their own login information to access these menus.

The Administrator screens include:

Administrator Login and Logout - Change the ID and Password required to login with Administrator rights. Logout as Administrator.

Role Setup - Setup Portal user roles and define what tabs and detailed  information they can access.

User Roles - Create User Roles by associating each use with a Role Type and granting top level access.

Email Setup - Setup email information so you can send and receive emails while using the Portal.

Site Configuration - Configure the site to specify the default SKYLINE database. You can also insert a company logo, for instance, or modify the color scheme.

User Database - Associate each user with a specific SKYLINE database and skyline.ini file path (Alternate databases).

Welcome Editor - Define and customize the text that SKYLINE Users and Tenants see on their Welcome tabs upon login to the Portal. Different text can be defined for each user type.

Corporate Site - Use this tab and its sub-menus to design a separate Corporate Site. The site highlights properties and allows potential prospects to search for available units and inform the property that they are interested.

Property Site - Use this tab and its sub-menus to design a separate Property Site for each of your properties. The Property Site allows prospects to search through available units and pursue a lease online with the property.
