Click the Prompt button to display a variety of sorting, grouping, and filtering options.
NOTE To keep the Prompt section in view, click the push pin icon in the far right section of the screen. When the push pin control is not in place, the prompt section hides from view to give you a larger graphical display area. You may have to maximize the browser window to see and use the push pin control.
The table includes a toolbar with multiple options to export and print, plus additional controls to manipulate the table. For instance, you can click the + shortcut to add this view to your My Portal page.
Each column can be sorted and filtered in a variety of ways. The Properties Grid toolbar includes a control to view or hide the filters. The filter fields display above the top row of data (one for each column) and each include a drop-down list of filtering options.
For instance, if you enter Retail and select 'EqualTo' from the drop-down list in the Type column, the display changes to include only retail properties.
