The Property Data, Lease Information screen presents data from SKYLINE Units, Occupants, and Lease Management.
NOTE If the screen is blank click the Prompt button to display selection criteria. Define what data you want to see, starting with the Property for which you want to display lease information.
The Lease Information tab displays both graphical and tabular information.
Pie Chart of Annual Rent by Lease - Graphically displays the annual base rent for each tenant in the building. Click any slice to open the Occupant Detail level for that tenant.
Lease Information Table - This table displays a list of all of the Property's tenants by Unit Reference Number. Click either the URN or Tenant Name to open Occupant Detail for this tenant.
Both the graphical and tabular displays can be used to drill-down into additional Occupant Detail. The mouse arrow pointer generally changes into a hand pointer to indicate where and when you can click the display and drill-down into the details. The link you click on, such as a Unit Reference Number or a slice in the pie chart, displays the Occupant Detail level for that tenant.
The Prompt button is available at the top of the screen to help you group and filter the data presented. Click the Prompt button to display selection criteria fields. Use the multiple selection criteria fields to isolate and customize the information that is most important to you. For instance, complete a few of the selection criteria fields to view a specific property, and display leases that contain over 5,000 square feet. You can then save the chart or graph to the My Portal tab (by clicking the +Add shortcut on the toolbar) so it is displayed as soon as you login to the Portal.
NOTE To keep the Prompt section in view, click the push pin icon in the far right section of the screen. When this control is not in place, the prompt section hides from view to give you a larger graphical display area.
Complete any or all of the Prompt fields and click Refresh to filter the displayed results.
