Alerts

The Portal, Alerts tab displays a table listing all active alerts across multiple properties.

Using the Table

Toolbar

The table includes its own toolbar with multiple options to export and print, plus additional controls to manipulate the table. For instance, you can click the + shortcut to add this view to your My Portal page.

Filter Row

Use the row of Filters to group and sort the document results. Beneath each column heading, such as Event Date or Account, you can enter data in the field and then click the Filter shortcut to select a rule to apply (less than, equal to, between, starts with, contains, and so forth). Filters can be entered for multiple headings.

NOTE  Click the red X in the toolbar to hide this filter row. Click the filter shortcut to display the filter row.

Add to Calendar

In the Event Date column click the Add link next to the date to add this alert to your calendar.

Occupant Details

Each Account is linked to the Occupant Detail screen that opens in a separate tab. The screen includes access to underlying Tenant Information, Lease Options, Occupant History, Scheduled Charges, and Documents.
