Use this tab to Post a property to the Postings tab, which also allows you to Post individual Units that are tagged as For Sale, For Rent, or For Sublease in SKYLINE.
Properties are listed using the Prospect Portal field in Property Information's Building tab.
Units are listed using the Prospect Portal field in Future Unit Information. The location varies depending on whether it's a vacant Commercial or Residential unit.
Use the Toolbar to export data, print, show or hide the filter fields, and more.
Select a Status to filter the table to display All properties or just those For Sale or For Rent.
The Property Summary table lists basic Property data such as Property Number, Name, Type, Status (For Rent, For Sale), Total Square Footage, Address, and Phone Number.
Filters
Use the row of Filters
(under each column heading) to group and sort the results. Enter data
in the field and then (optionally) click the Filter
shortcut to select a rule to apply (less than, equal to, between, starts

NOTE Turn the filter fields on and off using the toolbar in the title bar.
Post Button
Click the Post button to view the underlying units that are identified as being for rent or for sale in SKYLINE (Prospect Status field on Future Units). Next, click Post for any Units you want to list on the Postings tab.
NOTE Properties are identified as For Sale or For Rent using the Prospect Portal field in SKYLINE Property Information. Units are tagged for listing in the SKYLINE Future Unit Information Prospect Portal field.
Property Number and Name Links
Click either the Property Number link or the Property Name link to display the Portal Property Information detail.
Page Controls
Use the scroll buttons at the bottom of the table to scroll between pages and also to the first and last pages. Use the Page Size field to determine how many records are displayed per page.
