Prospect and Applicant Information

Users can access detailed information about individual Prospects or Applicants.

To access the Prospect or Applicant Information view:

Open the Applicant/Prospect Activity screen on the Performance tab.
Select the Property (and other parameters) in the Prompt section to display a summary table of results including the number of total Prospects and Applicants.
Click the link on either the total number of Prospects of total number of Applicants to display a summary table listing all the records that make up the result. The table includes the Property Number, Prospect ID/Applicant ID, Name, and other details associated with the record.
Click the Prospect ID or Applicant ID for the record you want to view. This displays a separate Prospect Information or Applicant Information window or tab.

Prospect Information

All data is retrieved from SKYLINE's Prospect Information screen. The Activity tab mirrors the data entered in the Prospect Information, Activity tab in SKYLINE.
