Searching for unit availability is at the heart of the Property Sites functionality. Users will use the site to review the property and amenities and then search for units they may want to lease.
The Availability page is actually two pages:
Availability search parameters and resulting unit list
Unit details that are displayed once the user clicks a specific Unit in the results list
Images and data displayed on the Property Site are provided by the Portal Administrator using the Portal's Property Site tab and sub-menus.

The website's Availability page allows website users to:
Search page - Search for Available Units in this particular property using a variety of search parameters. The available unit types display.
Detail page - Click a Unit Type to drill down into the property and unit details. From this detailed page users can submit an 'I'm Interested' form for any desired available units.
The Property's Available Units list is compiled in SKYLINE and not designed in the Portal. Potential Prospects can click the button associated with each unit to see detailed unit information.
Complete the Search parameters displayed on the website: Move-In Date, Rent Range, and Unit Features such as number of bedrooms and baths. These are static and not defined by the Portal Administrator.
Click Search to display a list of Unit Types that match the search criteria.
Click the Tour! button associated with a Unit Type. This label is static and not defined by the Portal Administrator.
The Detail page for this unit type displays with images and descriptions for the user to review.
Scroll to the bottom of the detail page to see a list of Available Units for that Unit Type. Click the unit's I'm Interested button.
A separate form displays to complete and Submit. The form includes name, Email address, and mailing address.
NOTE A unit will only display as an available unit if the SKYLINE Future Unit Information screen, Prospect Portal field, has 'For Rent' selected.
The Portal's Property Site tab, Unit Availability sub-menu provides the ability to upload images and add text description for each unit.
NOTE You must click the Save Configuration button at the bottom to save your work.
First, select the Property that you want to define or review. This list is compiled in SKYLINE.
Enter a Prospecting Email address representing the contact within the organization that should receive e-mails when potential prospects complete and submit the 'I'm Interested' form for a specific unit.
Select a Unit Type to define or review. This list is compiled directly from the SKYLINE database. Once both a Property and Unit Type are selected, complete the rest of the Unit Type Settings sections by providing images and descriptions for the specific unit type.
Availability Card Image - Upload an image to display on the Availability page for this property.
Image - Click the Select button to upload a property image to display on the Availability page. A preview is provided for reference. Images may be located on a local or network drive.
Availability Card Description - Enter a unit type description in the text box.
Detail Page Hero Image - Upload one main image to display in the heading section of the underlying Unit Type Detail page and add a Description to highlight the unit style, amenities, and so forth.
Image - Click the Select button to upload a property image to display on the Property page. A preview is provided for reference. Images may be located on a local or network drive.
Detail Page Description - Enter a unit type description in the text box such as 'bright and spacious two bedroom, two bath units have a modern interior'.
Embed Videos - Use the YouTube Embed and Matterport Embed fields to associate unit videos by Unit Type. Type the Matterport video ID or the YouTube video URL 'hash' characters. For example, if the YouTube URL is www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ynr4o0eOjdg then you would type Ynr4o0eOjdg in the YouTube Embed field.
This section corresponds to the gallery of images available on the website's Unit Detail page (accessed from the Availability page by clicking a Unit). The website user can scroll through the images to get a better idea of the unit and amenities.
Image - Click Select to browse for an image to place as a card in the body of the website's Unit Detail page gallery. An Image preview is provided for your reference.
Remove - Click this button to remove the image from the website display.
Add New Detail Page Image - This button displays at the bottom of the page so you can continue adding unit images. The new image section is added to the bottom of the list and provides the ability to Select an image and Remove the section.
Select floor plan and brochure images to display at the bottom of the unit's detail page.
A Contact Us button that displays on the bottom of each page. The user is asked to provide basic information and an email is sent to the address listed on the Contact page.
