Postings Setup

Use this Prospecting Portal tab to create setup definitions that are used to post Properties and Units to third-party websites, such as Trulia and Zillow for residential listings.

Setup definitions are used on the Postings tab.

Add or Edit a Setup record by providing the following information:

• Setup Name

• Target Website (select from the list provided)

• Type (Residential, Commercial, and so forth)

• FTP Url (provided by the third-party website)

Data

When you select to edit a Setup entry, or add a new record, the Data screen section displays. It contains two tabs:

• Required Fields

• Non-Required Fields

Depending on the selected Target Website, the Portal knows which setup fields are required to complete the record and send it to the Target Website, such as Trulia, and which fields are optional.

Click the Edit shortcut for each field and complete the information.
